The Unsaid

I said I’d post a breakdown of my Day to Night car shot from Lord knows how long ago. Here it is. VFX in AE, edit in Premiere.

For some reason the export is really dark. I’ll try to fix it. Apologies.

The result of experimentation. Not perfect, not original, but now I know the trick. Figured it fit with my Dark Cloud moniker. The comp needs a little something, atmosphere, smoke, particles, dark lights tinted an ugly blue. Something. It’s a work in progress but wanted to share it.

Several thousand mask layers. I got tired of scrolling to find out how many there are exactly.

Oye. 69 layers to color correct. Tomorrow will be interesting.
